Who We Are
The Creditor Rights Coalition is a nonprofit association established to serve as the collective and leading voice representing all stakeholders with an interest in protecting creditor rights.
What We Do
The Coalition was created with the intent of engaging in the twin pillars of thought-leadership and advocacy.
Our Core Mission
The Creditor Rights Coalition seeks to promote transparency, accountability, and equality of treatment for similarly situated creditors to ensure fair and robust stakeholder participation in bankruptcy proceedings.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is responsible for leading the various initiatives of the Coalition.
The Coalition may take positions as part of its Advocacy efforts that do not necessarily reflect the views any individual Advisory Board Member.
Members of the Advisory Board or their affiliates may receive reasonable compensation, as defined by IRS Regulations, for their services to Creditor Rights Coalition, including for services as an officer/director or for providing management services. All such compensation will be disclosed in accordance with IRS requirements on the Form 990 Tax Return, that will be filed with the IRS and can be found at irs.gov or furnished upon request by emailing info@creditorcoalition.org.
