We hope the NJ Court follows through and changes its local rules to assign all large cases among all 8 judges in the district rather than allow cases filed in Trenton to be assigned to the 2 judges sitting there. Interestingly, the Third Circuit just announced a vacancy on the NJ Court with applications due March 6. In case you’re interested you can apply here. What are the betting odds on whether the new Judge will be assigned to Trenton??
