The panel will discuss out-of-court and in-court restructuring options available to companies in distress, including ABCs, receiverships, Chapters 7 and 11, and pre-packs, capital availability, duties of officers and directors in the zone of insolvency, preference actions and fraudulent transfer issues. We will also address questions from the audience.
