University of Pennsylvania Law Review Fall 2022 Symposium – Call for Papers

The University of Pennsylvania Law Review is proud to organize an annual symposium on a
timely legal theme. This year’s topic, “Debt Market Complexity: Shadowed Practices and
Financial Injustice”, will explore the rise of increasingly complicated debt structures
associated with private equity. This event is co-organized by Vince Buccola, Elisabeth de
Fontenay, Sujeet Indap, Samir Parikh, and Katherine Waldock.
In association with the symposium, the Law Review publishes a special issue to bring forward
scholarship in this field. We welcome article proposals.
