DESCRIPTION:The University of Pennsylvania Law Review is proud to organize an annual symposium on a\ntimely legal theme. This year’s topic\, “Debt Market Complexity: Shadowed Practices and\nFinancial Injustice”\, will explore the rise of increasingly complicated debt structures\nassociated with private equity. This event is co-organized by Vince Buccola\, Elisabeth de\nFontenay\, Sujeet Indap\, Samir Parikh\, and Katherine Waldock. \nIn association with the symposium\, the Law Review publishes a special issue to bring forward\nscholarship in this field. We welcome article proposals.
