DESCRIPTION:The Creditor Rights Coalition invites you to attend a symposium for an in-depth discussion of one of the most vexing issues in the credit markets today: the increasing use of aggressive liability management techniques by companies to advantage one group of creditors over another and the warfare that results among creditors for the spoils. \nThe Symposium will bring together leading academics\, practitioners\, investors and market participants to discuss the rise of intra-creditor conflict and where we go from here. \nThe Symposium is co-sponsored by the LSTA. \nEvent Information: The Symposium will be held in person on June 21 from 1:00pm until 4:30pm followed by a cocktail reception at the offices of Lowenstein Sandler located at 1251 Avenue of the Americas\, 17th Floor. \nSpace is limited/proof of vaccination required.
